We are all feeling the strains of this global pandemic. Anxiety is at an all time high now more than ever. Whether your kiddo is struggling with Selective Mutism, social anxiety, depression, or behavioral issues, or if Mom and Dad just need some good old-fashioned self-care, we are here for you (while maintaining our social distance). You are warmly invited you to our SMart Center Web Support Room! Bring a snack, drink your coffee, throw a movie on for the kids, pop in your AirPods, and join us for any or all of our free parent support groups!
You might be thinking, “how are we going to make progress when my kids aren’t in school and we are all quarantined?!” We are here to tell you that you can still achieve goals while practicing social distancing! Click here to view all of our Parent Support Groups – each varies by topic!
All are welcome, but space is limited, so registration is required. Click here to register for this support group and to view other dates/times of various topics. Please select the session(s) you wish to attend. Select as many or as little as you’d like!
