On Wednesday, November 29th, Chef Pushkar Marathe and Stage Kitchen and Bar will create an amazing 4-course dinner paired with fabulous wines to benefit the great work being done by the Selective Mutism Research Institute in Palm Beach, FL. Chef Marathe and his wife Nicole know firsthand the great work being done by SMRI through their son Toyam’s Selective Mutism journey.
Toyam started at the SMart Center with a two-day individualized intensive evaluation and then attended CommuniCamp group treatment program. Now, he is fully verbal in all settings and his confidence has skyrocketed. This annual fundraiser shines a light on Selective Mutism awareness, research and treatment access, and the Toyam Marathe Grant provides assistance to qualifying families attending CommuniCamp.
