Billing Policies

For all services, a non-refundable scheduling deposit is due within 24 hours to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due in full prior to the service date. For school districts and organizations, a purchase order or signed contract is required prior. Payment is due in full prior to services unless otherwise noted. Refer to your service invoice for details.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation policies vary by service type and cost, with advance notice required to receive a partial refund (minus a non-refundable deposit); shorter notice or missed appointments are typically non-refundable, though emergency exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. School districts and organizations must follow the terms outlined in their contracts.

Families can explore a variety of funding options including SMart Center’s financial assistance program, out-of-network insurance reimbursement, FSA/HSA accounts, employer and nonprofit support, crowdfunding, community resources, tax deductions, and school district contributions.
